Ashok K. Goel is a professor of Computer Science and Human-Centered Computing at Georgia Tech and a leading researcher at the intersection of artificial intelligence, cognitive science, and human-centered learning. His work on computational design, creativity, and AI in education has helped shape how intelligent systems reason about goals, explanations, and collaborative problem solving.

Prof. Stephen Fleming

Stephen Fleming is a professor of cognitive neuroscience at UCL whose research examines how people represent uncertainty, confidence, and mental states in themselves and others. His work combines computational modeling, behavioral experiments, and cognitive neuroscience to study metacognition and social cognition, making him a natural bridge between theory of mind and intelligent systems.

Prof. Rineke Verbrugge

Prof. Rineke Verbrugge

University of Groningen

Rineke Verbrugge is a professor of Logic and Cognition at the University of Groningen, known for her work on epistemic logic, social reasoning, and theory of mind in both humans and artificial agents. Her research explores how agents reason about others’ beliefs, knowledge, and intentions, with a strong emphasis on multi-agent interaction and computational models of social intelligence.
